Started in Calgary in 2011 by two people who couldn't find the coffee gear they wanted in Canada. More than fifteen years later, we're a strong team spread across Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal - and we're still excited about the same things we were at the beginning.

You know how some brand's social media accounts just feel authentic and you want to follow them? That's the person we're trying to hire. Someone who can make people feel as part of the community when they scroll past our content. They're basically the voice of the brand when no one's in the room - every caption, every story, every reply to a comment, that's them showing up for us.
- The Social Media and Content Producer is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content that strengthens our brand, builds community, and drives engagement across multiple digital channels. This role owns the end-to-end content lifecycle, from ideation and production through publishing, reporting, and community engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Lead and working collaboratively with the rest of the Marketing Team, the Social Media and Content Producer ensures that all content reflects the company’s values, maintains a consistent brand aesthetic, and delivers meaningful value to both wholesale and retail audiences. The ideal candidate is equal parts content strategist, storyteller, social media producer, and community builder… who also loves coffee!

- Eight Ounce is looking for a Customer Experience Lead who sets the standard for what exceptional service looks like. This role owns the day-to-day performance of our CX team - ensuring every customer interaction across tickets, phone, and the showroom reflects our core values: Only the best, Customers are everything, and Take care of each other. You'll be both a hands-on contributor and a team anchor - handling escalations, coaching teammates, driving process improvements, and partnering with the Department Head on strategic CX initiatives.
